I was going to point you to RR.com, but see you've already found it. That rating is not too bad.

Can you find what you need for not much more money from a more reputable etailer like Newegg or Monarch?

For a big ticket item, say, a $400 monitor, I'd pay $405 from Newegg instead of $400 from a less reputable site I've never done business with.

That said, I've done business with some etailers that had high-6, low-7 ratings and not had any probs.

/defers to someone who has actually shopped at that site

speaking of monarch, i ordered a 750 gb seagate from them and it was charged same day, it still hasnt even been SHIPPED yet
