Is enermax psu really whisper quiet I don't think so..

I have an enermax EG365P-VE and its the loudest component in my case.... i have one intake and 1 exhaust and 1 slot fan and using a chrome orb.
 
With the 2 fans running mine certainly ain't quiet. You can unplug the bottom 92mm fan to quiet it down. I don't know how it will affect cooling though since I haven't done it.
