It wouldn't be open yet anyway, since it's early. I suppose the answer is no, right? God, I need to buy a game!

I usually gave up buying games for lent... but this year, it was just too darn hard with Farcry and Pandora Tomorrow coming out.

Walmart might have it. They aren't up to date on games the latest games, but they eventually get most games in.

LOL, that's sad... I give-up playing the violent ones. :frown: I wish I had your problem of buying them often enough that I need a 40-day break. :-D

Hmmm, I may stop by EB, assuming it's open, now that I think about it. Don't have Max Payne 2 yet (mmmm, violence).

Yeah I have Zero Hour, great game. I would pay 30 dollars for this expansion Skoorb. Well worth it. I bought this game....6-8 months ago and I'm still playing it. But maybe I'm a bigger fan of C&C than you are.

I don't know about that :D I see it has only 15 missions? is that true? Amazon has it for $20 and walmart for $30 :( What is there to do besides the extra missions? As much as I like these games online I find that half the time they are not fun and rather just bloody stressful, so I'm not huge on the multiplayer part of it.

General Challenges. Choose between 9 Generals with special abilities and play against them : One has nuke tanks with cheaper nuke silos; one has Infantry with mini guns that can swat down air units like bugs and moe down ground units; one has air power with carpet bombing by b2 bombers and air planes with laser defense systems; another one with laser defenses that devastate anything that comes by them; another with EMP patriot missiles and cheaper Ion cannons.

New units, new defenses, more balanced, more upgrades. And a lot more skirmish maps with the ability to choose from the 3 regular armies + all the new general armies. Like Air Force General, Infantry General, Super Weapon General etc...

Plus they added a MOAB upgrade to the Fuel Air Bomb for USA armies =) ! It cost 4000 though. That is just one neat upgrade out of many you'll see in this game.

You get a lot for 30 dollars, trust me. You'll love it.

the original generals game was boring for me. no story, just missions. is that the same for the expansion? or is there actually a story involved.

Last I checked, Target had ZH on permanent price cut to 20 bucks because the Generals collection came out.

They added side briefings with news casters. Nothing spectacular, but nothing that out did the original C&C. And yes, it's 20 dollars.

I would buy this game if it was $50. Well, I do have to warn you there is a few bugs in this game. Sometimes the gane crashes. Maybe once every 200 hours of gameplay. It's this new anti-theft crap and I really wish their development team did away with it. Even though I bet it was brought on by their new publisher, EA. For instance, after a windows update the game thought I pirated it and couldn't run it. Had to re install it.

I'm just advocating the small stuff. Still nothing of a concern.

Gotta love it. Easter Sunday is essentially over for us here on the East coast - well, 11:43 P.M. and then we get a response like this one. :D :D :D
