Probably not. Maintaining a website that would get enough traffic to generate such a high income is nearly impossible this day and age. As you can see from Google and Microsoft, they offer more than just a pleasant website; they offer tools and software that make things a lot easier for people. Not to mention their bankroll would destroy anyone wo tried to compete with them.
