Is eating croutons as chips weird?

They're so tasty! Anyone else do that? I'm eating fat free croutons... does that make them healthier than chips?

No, it's not weird. I like them and No, they are not healthier---loaded with fat.

kind of strange, but i have heard of it. bagle chips would be the ideal snack for you.

Surprisingly most of the croutons at our local Safeway are fat free...

hehe... i'm glad someone addressed the whole "fat free" part... yeah, these are fat free. I figure it's not too bad if i eat a lot... though i should find some low sodium ones... from the box:

Mrs. Cubbison's Fat Free Restaurant Style Croutons - Herb Seasoned
(per 5 croutons -7g)

Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium: 105mg
Carbs: 5g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 1g

Is that too much sodium, considering i probably eat about 20-30 croutons in a sitting?

Fat free dont exactly mean healthier, it just means that they loaded with other things that are bad for ya!

carbs will add up depending on how much you eat.
