Is dslreports.com down for everyone?

Its on limited bandwidth right now. As such, there onyl accepting traffic from IP ranges of 69.x.x.x - 75.x.x.x and 198.x.x.x - 212.x.x.x

why would they only allow access from those ips? which internet companies own those ips....i think 69.x.x.x is sbc

Damn, yep.. crazy.

I was just trying to go to their site to do some bandwidth tests, but it was down, and I was like WTF.

Thought maybe my internet connection was wonky. Until I saw this thread. 😉
