Is DriveSpace 3 fairly reliable?

I am putting together an old computer (Pentium 100) for somebody adn I only have a 400MB Hard Drive and I'm wondering if DriveSpace3 was reliable? I cannot remember to be honest. Thanks for any input.🙂
 
reliable? That is such a relative term.... its about as reliable as win9x... which isn't saying alot.

buy a used bigger drive
