Is dragon orb 3 louder than 37.5 DB?

I've had a dragon orb for a while now (7000 rpm) they rate it to 37 DB's, is that really true? because i was gonna get a sunon 80mm which is 36.5 DB, and that is almost no noise diff at all

because the dragon orb 3 has a 60mm fan it has a high pitch to the noise, you would definatly notice a difference in the whineyness of the fan between that dragon orb and that sunon.
