Is Disturbed "Nu Metal"?

Is Disturbed a Nu Metal band? They did have some rap/metal stuff on their first CD, but that's not typical of their music. Also, their second CD sounded more like 80's style thrash metal.

I have never been able to put them into a genre... I have no idea.. I love them though.. older = better IMO.
