Is distilled water bad for you?

Sounds about right. Drinking water is named that way for a reason. I drink water all the time and i HATE flouride in water, it is sick. But yea anyway i always remember distilled water being bad to drink on a regular basis.

Personally i think it's bunk. Unless your diet is so fvcked that you're getting only trace minerals, i can't see this happening. I've been drinking distilled water for years now and i'm still alive. If you're concern, take a multivitamin.

You shouldn't drink distilled water yourself. Why would you? I don't konw about absorbing crap from your body, but it's definitely not supplying it with any minerals.

how much? a little once in a while won't matter

who would drink distilled water all the time? do you live on a island in the middle of the ocean?

I have a reverse osmosis system in my house, and it basically makes distilled water... Our tap water tastes funny by itself.

if you drink a "normal" amount of soda and milk and juice, i doubt it will matter that you drink RO water

distilled water is fine for you. You have to realize that, in your diet, it's 99% likely you have too much salt and crap in your system anyways. So unless you're drinking a fairly obscene amount of it, or are on a very odd eating regimen, I think you'll be ok.
