is DirecTV/Dish Network's HD quality better than Comcast's?

The whole cable is lower quality vs satellite can't keep up with it is fodder between the markets.

Down here in S. Florida satellite is problematic due to the storms. Cable is a more reliable product.

Add that to DSL vs Cable internet speeds in a bundle.

When my DishNetwork was up and running it was better than my current cable as far as most perfect channels (and a better menu system)...overall though cable wins for me. I have/had the full packages in both.

It does suck that my cable TV/Internet is $180 a month though.
