You're on basic service. Because you've been a great customer, they'll upgrade you to Total Choice Premier (all channels) for free for 3 months. Then if u don't like it, u can cancel at the end.
So after 3 months, i go cancel and go back to the basic. CSR says since i'm changing services, they're charging me a $5 fee. WTF?! After some argument, i got them to waive the fee.
