Yes, the DFI nF4 Ultra-D is top flight. Quality capacitors, heatsinks on the mofsets, and the bios options are incredible. Alot of thought went into the design of this board. Got mine for $140 shipped from Newegg. Very impressive board and stable as a rock for me.

well, since i paid $160 for mine, i'd have to say that yes, it is more then worth the $140 asking price.

The price probably won't drop much, IIRC the MSRP for the Ultra-d is $140.

Yes, it definately is worth $ 140. But I see you are considering 9NDA3J, which NF3. You should decide AGP or PCI-E first, before you judge Lanparty worth or not. Among NF4, it is definately at the top of the hill.
