Is Detonator 6.50 good for TNT2 M64?

I currently have ver 6.47 and I am wondering if there is an increase in performance with the 6.50 drivers. Do they label your card as a Gateway??

Well, it must have done something! 3dMark went from 2142 to 2233 at 1024x768 @16 bit.
Would the 6.67 drivers offer a increase over this??
