Is dell's 21 day satisfaction return policy good for any reason?

What do you mean? Are you asking if you can return it for any reason you want? I'm assuming so, since its a total satisfaction guarantee. Just tell them you're not happy with the product and you want to return it.

Basically, yea.. I just wanted to know if they are sticklers about the reasons for return... From what i can tell, if im not happy, i would only be out return shipping?
