Is dell awsome or what

I know a couple which moved to Denmark a month ago. One of the first things to do since they were both going to school was to order two new Dell laptops with 80gb disks and some other stuff. But dell screwed up, oh no! They shipped the laptops with only 60gb disks. And what does dell do to correct this? ofcorse ship two spanking new 80gb disks and let them keep the two 60gb ones they already have.

Not as lucky as my friend. Remember that deal with the Dell 1905 LCDs in the summer? My friend ordered that and some speakers so he could use the coupon. Guess what they shipped him? 2 LCDs. :|

Usually you can buy the bezel to allow you to hotswap the cd drive for the hard drive.
