Naw. Dart is google's failed Javascript replacement language. It isn't new, it has been around for years now.

They invested a lot of time and money into it, now they are trying to put it somewhere so the work doesn't go to waste.

Don't get me wrong, it isn't a bad language. It just hasn't really lived up to the first promises that google made about it.
