Is CuteMX down/dead forever or is it just me?

Tried starting cutemx this morning and it won't connect. Tried going to their website and it's gone and redirects elsewhere. Anyone have any info?

hmm.. weird. NO mention of it is on their site anymore. Downloads.com and DaveCentral.com BOTh have broken links to download the latest version. Tucows has an older version but it doesn't work.
