Is corsair.force.com safe?

My Corsair CX430 power supply developed a problem. Replacing it proved that the CX430 is defective. Corsair tech support said to access the following website to pursue any warranty action:

www.corsair.force.com

But when I tried to access that website, Firefox says:
-------------------------------------------------------
This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to corsair.force.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

If you understand what's going on, you can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification. Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is tampering with your connection.

Don't add an exception unless you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification.
-------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone know if that website is legit and safe to access?

Thanks,
Skyzoomer

BTW, Force.com is owned by Salesforce.com which is a site some companies use for their tech support portals.

Micrornd, MustISO and corsair Joseph,

Thank you for your responses. I went to the corsair.com website and clicked the support link. Was able to get a RMA for my PS that way.

Thanks,
