is cool n quiet available for socket 754?

Just curious, I just set up a machine for a guy with the Athlon 3700+ & Biostar nForce3 mobo combo, and couldn't find anything about cool n quiet in the bios or the software.
 
I ran CnQ with a MSI Neo Platinum and a socket 754 3400+. So yes it's available for S754, but I can't corroborate further with that motherboard. With the stock fan, though, the noise was disruptive and I disabled it to regain some compusure. Ran it for a year and a half that way with no issues, and perhaps better responsiveness.
