I've been stuck many times thinking about weather or not I should get an
X2 3800 (AM2)
or an
E6300
I DON"T overclock
This is for Battlefield 2, CS:S, web browsing, word proccessing - Maybe Crysis in the future
I realise that the Conroe is great CPUs but...
- they are very new, you never know what can happen
- they may be good for the price but still I don't have that much money to spend on this
- I don't hardcore multitask, just play Bf2 with music in the backround
- I'm getting a 7600 GT KO anyway, the E6300 is probobly to fast for me
- I would have $100 to spend elsewhere or save
But... I will be getting one of the cheaper DX10 cards in the future - Something equivalent to a 7900 GT ___ will a X2 3800 be powerfull enough
And on top of that the X2 3800 + a decent motherboard is over $100 cheaper then the E6300 with a decent motherboard
