My dad has a Dell Dimension 8200 computer which I am going to connect a Westell Versalink Gateway DSL modem with integrated wireless and wired router functions.
He has a dedicated video editing computer (Asus P4C800E rev. 2 Deluxe mobo) which I would like to link as simply as possible for occaisional access to the internet.
Is this as simple as connecting one of the router ports to the ethernet port of the P4C800E rev. 2 Deluxe with a Cat5e cable?
