is Comedy Central blacked right now?

tuned in for Chappelle Show, and nothing's on CC, all the other channels are fine....

anybody else having problems? or does Time Warner Cable in Charlotte suck?🙂

I've been watching Comedy Central since South Park and am currently watching Capelle show and have not seen any black outs.
