Is citibank's website stinking slow? always slow?

same here, registering with citibank (the first time) was a rather painful experience though, it check password, mum's maiden name, and whole lot more. compare to chase and AMEX it wasn't as friendly.

CitiBank Virtual Account Numbers is SLOW for me but everything else loads quickly.
