i keep munching on these ghiradelli squares i got from target from the halloween sale. but there's no way something that tastes this good be good for you. aside from the saturated fat and sugar, anything about chocolate bad? or good? or badgood?
 
cacao itself actually has beneficial antioxidants; it's just that chocolate in the form that we eat it in is bad -- too much saturated fat
 
That's like saying aside from committing suicide by jumping off a building, is there anything bad except the death.

Well, the fat will clog your arteries.
