Does it taste good?

It causes cancer in lab rats.
Yes, it's deadly poison! You're as good as dead.
americanized chinese food is gneraly not healthy
but if u don't eat it everyday, who cares?
i like it
if you are having it for dinner, i can come over and help you eat it
anything not grown in your own organic garden is generally not healthy.
since "lo mein" is such a generic term, i have no idea if your lo mein is unhealthy..
If there's no MSG, and they put a lot of vegetables and it's not entirely greasy, then it's not that bad...i mean no worse than getting a extra value meal at McDs.
Of course I'm comparing the amercianized lo mein noodles. Real lo mein kicks ass and is not unhealthly like fast chinese food places.
Actually, a tiny bit of MSG is ok.
I consider how much MSG most of East Asia consumes in daily cooking, especially Japan... and yet they outlive the "fat redneck lazy Americans."
As long as they attempt to cook it with an authentic style (use cooking oil and not lard... light on sauce) you can eat it everyday and be healthy. I cooked lo mein for myself or ordered it from restaurant nearby when I was lazy for an entire summer during college.
Lo mein are essentially "boiled noodles"... so beef with boiled noodles can't really be that bad unless they grease it up.
