Is Casiopeia 100E any good?

I wanted to get this Casio 100E Casiopeia and I was wondering what you guys thought of it...

It's old. Windows CE 2.0 isn't worth the ~$250 price. If this was ~$120, it would be an OK price. You can get a Jornada 525 Pocket PC for ~$340 retail, less if you look online.
