Is 'Cabin Fever' good?

i saw it opening night and thought it was good. I like cheesy horror movies though. The movie is pretty gruesome...made me cringe during some parts but overall i thought it was good. I mean come on...my favorite movies this year so far are Freddy VS Jason and Wrong Turn so this movie was meant for people like me.
