Is Bubba Watson the next Tiger? (wins 2nd Masters in 3 yrs)

Golf needs a new catch name since Tiger seems to be going to Pasteur.
(Tiger recently had back surgery. His days of winning Majors are over, imo.)

Bubba is a good unique golf catch name that might increase viewership because it might bring Nascar rednecks to the sport

I don't think anybody stands out above the competition enough to be the next Tiger for a little while longer. I don't see anybody running away from the field by 8+ shots in multiple majors in a short span of time. Will one of these guys win like 3-8 majors? Maybe sure, but that isn't the next Tiger.

Hard to say, he drives the ball further than anyone and is able (like Phil) to get very creative when necessary, only downside to the jumbo tee-shots is when it goes bad, it goes REAL bad and could easily wind up OB or unplayable lie. What makes Bubba so popular is he doesn't come from money, taught himself to play and will play a round with anyone, even weekend hackers, when he won his first Masters he was asked what it was like to have the dream of winning one come true he responded, " I don't know, I never dreamed I'd win it"..

He also bought the original "General Lee" Charger from "The Dukes of hazard" TV show and taught himself how to play, no Butch Harmon "swing tweaking" for Bubba, gotta love the dude and I hope he wins a bunch more before his playing days are over..

Tiger changed the game by being an actual athelete and dominated as none other. But, now many of the players are atheletes so there isn't the same advantage over the field.
