Is blood type listed on DD214?

I am trying to figure out if blood type is listed on the DD214?

I am trying to locate mine to see but figured i would ask so if its in vain to find

no it is not, but you should have your medical records from the Military and it for sure would be on there....or look on your dog tags, and of course get your damn finger stuck.

I had like 4 sets from deployments.

I kept my dog tags - but in the 'Authentication' section of my DD214 my blood type is typed in. But then I had an actual service number instead of using my SS# so who knows what they do now.

No. If they need any medical info they just use your SSN and look it up.
DD214 is only administrative stuff.

Glad you mentioned it. I have a VA visit tomorrow and my school also needs a copy on Monday so I can get my GI Bill.
