So when you can't prove a point with rational thought, you resort to name calling and insults? Is that from your psy-ops handbook, or are you just playing it by ear again?
Just because a case is dismissed, even a similar one multiple times in multiple jurisdictions, does not mean it has no merit. A legitimate case can be dismissed for a variety of reasons, and many reasons might have nothing to do with the merit of the case itself. And if the birth certificate could not be found, or it was hidden, the case would automatically be dismissed for lack of proof, wouldn't it?
The fact he provided no birth certificate during the discovery phase at these cases would not make him ineligible to be president, in and of itself. The burden to prove he is ineligible would then fall to the plaintiff to prove he was ineligible, and without documentation, it would be impossible. So then the cases would have to be dismissed.
Is that so impossible for you to understand?
