Is BF1942 'The Road To Rome' worth the extra $20 if I'm buying BF1942 Alone??

Hi All. I've been playing the BF1942 multi-player demo for about a month now, and I'm really hooked. So I'm going to buy the BF1942 full game today for $30. BUT the deluxe edition is and extra $20, for the full price of $50 and it included the RTR expansion. So for an experienced BF1942 player our there, would you say that the RTR expansion is worth the extra $20??

BTW, I know a lot of you may say just wait till Battlefield Vietnam comes out, or get the BF Dream Weapons expansion pack, but I have no interest in either of those now. I want to get my Mojo On now with BF1942, I really don't want to wait till BFV comes out in April.

So Opinions please. Thanks

RtR was not worth it IMO. I played the hell out of the basic game and barely ever touched that xpack. I heard Secret Weapons was good, but only ever played it a couple hours at E3.

I really like RtR myself. You could do without Secret Weapons...but it is good.

Desert Combat is a must however.

I got it and it s not worth it. Basic BF942 and DC addon will keep you happy for over 90% of the time.

It all depends on how quickly you'll tire of the maps in the original game. I know I got bored fairly quick, and RTR was a nice change of pace. Some good maps.

There are a couple maps on RtR that I love. Operation Husky is a GREAT map.

I like the RTR maps and vehicles, its worth getting in my opinion. Get the deluxe edition, you will save $10 overall.
