Not sure about buying. I don't own it because I feel season 2 + season 2.5 both costing as much as a normal full season is a rip off.

It is awesome. I am eagerly awaiting the 3rd season (starts next Friday Oct. 6 at 9pm on SciFi). 🙂
 
don't forget the mini-webisode(s)

great show even if you don't like Sci-Fi (which I don't) The human drama and development is top-notch TV.

I want to buy the last two seasons, but it sucks that for season two they did 2.0 release and a 2.5 release... put it all in one package.

I dont wanna buy it just yet. I willn buy it when it comes out on HD. Man I wish I got Sci-fi in HD! I dont know why Comcast doesnt have that channel in HD. IMO that channel would benefit the most from HD

You dont need to buy the mini-series if you buy season 1. Disc 1 of Season 1 is the mini-series

Nah. Just watch the free "The Story So Far" downloadable movie on iTunes instead. It will give you everything you need to know to start watching the third season.
