Is AT forums having email troubles?

i geep getting emailed by the moderators stating my emails are being bounced back. i can email from work to the accounts fine. it seems every so often i am asked to change my email, this is getting annoying.

Have you tried contacting your provider to see what the trouble might be?

i've never had any trouble recieving any email from either account i use. i don't know what it is.

If your provider is bouncing it back its something on that end. Or the address is wrong that its being sent to. Our mail system is functioning fine.

i usually get a PM or email stating that my mail is getting bounced back but i can email to it fine. it seems to be spotty at times. i am asking what can i do to aide in this? i only have 2 "legal" at addresses. subdimension and lycosmail, since hotmail isn't allowed. should i sign up for another email?
