Is AT aware that Trump fundraising ads regularly appear on their page?

I haven't gotten any but we need to remember one thing. Cash is king. The parent company is using the current targeting technology to make money. AT isn't moral or political. It exists to acquire money and deliver it to a few.

"AT" isn't a person. It's a feeder for financial benefit and complaining about it is like faulting a catfish for being a bottom feeder.

I got it once when AT had me logged out. Once I logged in, its never appeared again.

I thought my ad blocker was off.

Those ads are most likely personalized to what they think is most relevant to you. Based on browsing behavior, history on other websites, purchases etc....
Hell, you go look at tire prices and the next thing you know, that's all you see. Still wondering what category I fall into that I'm seeing the ads occasionally.

i get whatever i was looking at on amazon last, or woodworking stuff.

i guess we know where amused stands now!

Was wondering the same thing. Yes I see them.

Unless you are refusing cookies, using a VPN and an anonymous browser every single thing you do on the internet is being compiled and subjected to increasingly sophisticated algorithms for the purpose of determining who you are, how you will respond and how to best manipulate you without you realizing it. Even then I wouldn't bet the farm on anonymity.

This is the purpose of Big Data as it relates to humanity, to isolate you as a person and use that for commercial, political, and intelligence agency purposes and eventually determine what you will do before you even are aware of the choices.

ads? what are those?

but if you are seeing them, it's all good. You are not going to send them money, while at the same time you are costing them money. pennies at a time.

This is only on my phone. Not on my PC. I have adblocker on my PC.

That's odd, I don't recall ever seeing any here or elsewhere on the net. (I see 'em on TV). My ads are always about the last product I looked up/googled.

hehe .. I usually get the ads AFTER i bought the damned thing, whatever it is... googles ad game is not always on point.

I'm too tied to chrome across multiple devices. Sigh.

I have Ad Guard. Works with chrome. Client side vpn that filters out the ads. Not the same as a true vpn, and can't run two at once iirc.

AT is what actually prompted me to find an ad blocker. Horrible format, laggy page load and lots of dumbass Trump ads.
