Is Asus rog 3080 12gb better than Zotac 3080ti Halo

Hello. . .
I'd like to buy future proof GPU.
Now I had Zotac RTX 3080ti halo but I think it has low quality card and its memory run hot up to 88 and hot spot also reach to 88 C.
I think to replace it with Asus rog 3080 12 GB which is high quality and cute GPU and sealing my Zotac one.
Please suggest me a solution.

I posted the question in other forum and they ask me to post it here, so do not talk bad.
I get Asus rog strix 3080 12 gb oc and it perform better than zotac 3080 ti in cooling , FPS and VRAM usage when playing Far Cry 6 at 4k ultra.
At 230 watt for the two cards
Zotac : 71 gpu temp. 81 Memory temp and 8.5 GB of VRAM FPS = 54
Asus: 59 gpu temp. 70 Memory temp and 6.5 GB of VRAM FPS = 64
Ok.

Zotac has a reputation for being low quality. The basic gpu chips may be the same, but the biards and cooling are not.

I've got a Zotac Holo Amp 3080Ti and it runs between 1750 and 1950 once tweaks at max 75 degrees C, I don't know if that's bad, but the GPU does have a low power cap. Aside from that never had any problems.

If this person ever returns, you can always underclock to cool temps, and with some cards, you can actually get better performance too.

Underlcock and crank the card and case fans, it’s what I do on a EVGA FTW Ultra 3080, and my performance is better and it runs cooler.
