Is Asus Probe accurate? 1.1gz Tbird on A7V = scorching

It's kinda funny that in the A7V manual, it shows temp at over 61C and 141F. Very hot if you ask me. Mine goes with a FOP31-1 at 110F under full load. Plus the Probe software keeps the processor under a full load all the time. I uninstalled it after I found out I was at 120-130F. However, the lowest temperature for the processor that you can set (in the software)until it warns you is 60C, which to me seems very hot.
 
I personally was seeing too hot of temp with my chrome orb on a tbird 900 (around 50c) & my remedy was to get a alpha pal6035 with a delta 7k RPM fan. Under load I am running at around 36c Now with it over clocked to 1035. But if noise is an issue than the delta isnt a good ideal...
