Is ASUS A8N5X nForce4 board any good?

It is on sales at newegg for $92 and seems pretty cheap. But I came cross this board and see a lot of people are having USB problem with Abit, Epox and ECS nForce4 boards, which may be related to nForce 4 driver/chipset/dual core CPUand cause system lock up or data corrupt.

Since a trouble free and stability system is what I am looking for, is this board up to my expectation? Opinions from this board owners are greatly appreciated.
