It'd be nice to have some sort of feedback either way that someone is looking into the plethora of issues that need to be addressed, can someone from the AT team speak up and confirm/deny anything is going to change here?

We have alerted the Powers That Be, of the problems that the membership and the Moderators (included) are experiencing.

At this point, all of us must wait and see what will happen.

We hate to ask you to be patient, however, we as Moderators are also frustrated.

Remember how long it took them to fix the search? That's probably how long it'll take until these issues are worked out. Jason Clark doesn't work here anymore.
