Is anyone still making a BR+HD-DVD combo player?

Basically looking for a BR player as I've been holding off on some newer DVD purchases in favor of purchasing BRD versions once I get a player. I'd like to get a player now, or soon for the coming holidays. However, I've still got maybe 40 or so HD-DVDs that I watch and while my HD-A3 is working fine, I'd like to have a backup (and don't really want to have a HD-DVD player AND BR player hooked up at the same time). Are there any combo players anymore, now that HD-DVD is long since dead? If so, are there any you guys would recommend? If not, what about BR players? Any recommendations? I've been thinking of picking up a PS3 during one of the Walmart 399.99 PS3 + 100 GC deals but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Did you bother at all with the extended warranty? I usually don't go in for many warranties (I think the only one I've purchased was on my $2k TV), but for this refurb, and for 40 bucks, maybe it's worth it? Not sure what Samsung refurbs are like.

No, but I'm cheap and I figured if it was going to fail it would probably fail within the first 90 days. I've had it for about 5 months now and it's been flawless so far. *knocks on wood*
