Is anyone here using AirDroid?

I keep on getting an error message each time I'm transferring files from my computer to my Nexus 4. The computer and the Nexus 4 is connected to the same wifi network so there should be no quota or other sort of limitations. Yet, I'm getting the following message:

Remote connection mode data quota not enough. You can use airdroid in same network environment for free, or upgrade to airdroid premium to get more.

Help?

Probably a data sleep bug. You might have to keep the phone screen on when first establishing the connection. I know I do with a One S that exhibits similar behavior with WiFi sleep (tethering goes dead when screen's off, etc.)

Nope. I get the same problem even with the screen on. The AirDroid app does say remote connection mode even though I turned off HSPA+ on the Nexus 4. I know it's on wifi and connected to the same network. Ugh! This is driving me crazy.

How do you know they are in the same network? Please describe your network setup. Maybe you have a switch before the router?
