I'm a highschool student doing a research paper on mechanical engineering. If anyone here is a licensed engineer and is willing to answer a few questions I would greatly appreciate it if they could PM me. Thanks!
 
i was a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry. but i quit, cause i hated it.

and now im eating dinner.

I'm a sophomore MechE student at Rice University. Specializing in robotics. You can ask me stuff about school and the couple of consulting places I've worked, but I don't really have extensive knowledge of the industry.
