**Jerry C himself just posted the track in his website** So I got it !!!
Hopefully it's not improper to ask for this here. If the mods deem it so, please lock this thread.
To make a long story short:
I've been buying the magazine for years, as I really like it. This morning I picked the newest issue (the 'Learn to Shred' one, with Dave Mustaine on the cover) and I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that they transcribed Jerry C's Canon arrangement. I really like the tune and I'm happy to have a decent tab for it.
While browsing the mag, I also discovered that they actually included a backing track of the tune with the rest of the instruments for practicing on the CD. Unfortunately, one can only find the CDless stand-alone version in my country, and thus I don't have it.
So I was wondering: If anyone here at ATOT is also a guitarist who happens to have a subscription (and hence the CD ) would be so kind as to rip the backing track into an MP3 (as it is pretty much impossible for me to get it otherwise) and send it to me? I'd be most grateful as I'd love to have the backing track to practice it up. I think I have the chops to pull it off and it'd be great fun to play along
