Is anyone having troubles backing up the movie The Guardain?

Is anyone having troubles backing up the movie The Guardain? My copy has a few scratches on it and I think it might be that but just wanted to see if it might be something else.

I tried DVD Shrink Anydvd and Clone DVD 2 and they all stop at like 13% ?

I think it has to do with Ashton Keutcher and Kevin Costner being in a movie. the realized that no one would want to back it up after seeing it.

I found out it was just the scratches thanks !
