Is anyone having trouble with Sunrocket right now?

Can't seem to get a dial tone although my internet is up and working. Even logging into their website is unbelievably slow.

Their website loads up instantly for me.

yes. i get a dial-tone but no calls go through
site comes up fast, but logging in is dreadfull

a couple others in the ATHD thread report the same thing

Well, I can get a dialtone now (they are having some issues as per the automated phone message), but I can't make or receive calls.

This is my first system problem with them, and I hope it is the last.
