I cant get paypal to load on my computer, and Im at a loss as to why.

Anyone else having problems? Anyone have any ideas?
 
I cant get it to load through links, through typing it out in the address bar, through the run box, nothing.
Its driving me insane
 
It goes through "website found" but wont get past "connect" It instantly displays No Page To Display


Went to google, and got in one of the information pages, but I cant get into the main page, or the log in page.
