Is anyone getting lots of Windows update patches?

My roommate and I have been getting these automatic Windows updates security patches like every day. They are usually pretty small downloads, but the thought just crossed my mind earlier today that perhaps these are all the same files. It usually says something about some Unbuffered thing or what not. The download was number 329834, if that helps, so I'm going to try and compare tomorrow.

But I was just curious as to whether this is happening to anyone else.
