Is anyone familiar with this regulator?

Help, this is the board on an Andis shaver, the burned part is either a regulator or I have no idea what it is, I know that without that part the battery does not get charged. The reference on it is KKH2, I have tried googling to no avail. Noone here in Colombia seems to know what it is. Please help. thank you. I need a substitute.
