Is anyone familiar with PBX systems?

Like for routers and networking equipment you obviously have Cisco. Who are the big players for PBX systems? Is it mainly Lucent, Nortel, Toshiba and Panasonic? Are there others? Can any of you recommend a good website to read up on all of these different products that are readily available? Thank you in advance.

Lucent (avaya) & nortel are biggest and more popular.. they support network protocol like QSIG, etc. Cisco is big on VOIP PBX.

There isn't docs around. I was shopping for them and no one had hard info. You'll need to speak to a vendor or google groups... Telecom world people are a$$

I work with nortel mics & option 11/11c. What are you trying to do ?

Give NEC a try. They still support traditional PBX's and also IP based systems.
But as has been asked, what are you trying to do?
