Is anyone else having trouble with MSN??

It seems like for the past 4 - 6 weeks, MSN has been real flaky. Sometimes the homepage doesn't come up, often it prompts to login when I am already logged in. I thought maybe I've been hijacked but my high jack this report doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

Anyone else experiencing issues with MSN lately?
